Craig Tedford is a lawyer and entrepreneur who practices law through his professional corporation. He is the founder of Tedford Law. In addition to practicing law, Craig is also involved in various non-legal business ventures.
Prior to forming Tedford Law in 2014, Craig gained experience in a number of different legal and non-legal positions. On the legal side, Craig was a partner at a boutique Corporate/Compliance law firm and held positions as in-house counsel for various investment fund companies. Craig has also worked at a large national law firm. On the non-legal side, Craig has experience as a small business owner and in executive and legal recruitment.
Craig’s past work experiences coupled with his passion for entrepreneurship were the driving forces behind the formation of Tedford Law. With a niche practice focused on a targeted client base, Craig is able to leverage his past work experiences as a lawyer and business owner to provide quality service to his clients. The delivery of these services in a small law firm setting is ideal as it allows Craig’s advice to be concise, timely, practical, and cost-effective. Moreover, working out of his own firm allows Craig to do what he loves: be a small business owner.
Craig has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) and a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. He is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of Alberta, and has received a TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Craig currently lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.
